Edge Nights
Several Wednesdays a month we’ll meet in the Edge Youth Room from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. for YM Cafe, ping pong/foosball, garbage can races and a variety of activities and discussions on topics that range from the Eucharist to Grace and Self-Esteem to Gossip. And back by popular demand…..Messy Game Night!
Lock-In
Our non-traditional Lock-out/Lock-in will be held Saturday, October 25-26. We will be locked out of the church participating in activities in our community until midnight. Returning back to the church for pizza, midnight hide and seek, movies, games and much more. The Lock-in will end with our participation in the World Youth Day Mass at 10:30 a.m.
Retreats
Spring retreat will return to the wonderful Camp Collins, April 17-19th. We will again spend one day on the Ropes Course and the rest of our time growing deeper in our faith with witnesses, discussions, and fun and crazy activities. A must for all Middle School Teens. This year’s theme…..come to Edge Night and find out.
Socials
Once again we will be spending time just having fun! Corn Maze in October, White Elephant Christmas Party and Edge at the Movies in December, and Snow Tubing in February. Got ideas?….Let us know! The more fun the better.
Edge Ambassadors
Seventh and Eighth graders are invited to serve as an Edge Ambassador, a leadership opportunity for Middle School teens to help plan service projects and the 5th grade Edge Night in the Spring.
Service Projects
Jesus calls us to minister to those less fortunate than us. Look for service opportunities all year long where we’ll get involved with those in our community who need our help.
